    The 2017 Employment Exhibiton, organized by Asharqia Chamber in partnership with Dhahran International Exhibitions Company (Expo), will conclude on Friday 27 October 2017 with 1,500 jobs dedicated to women. The exhibition will be closed on the closing day for families. Tuesday and Wednesday, about 13,600 visitors from different levels and scientific and practical disciplines applied for 9000 jobs offered by 138 companies and institutions.
        
    As part of the event, according to the accompanying scientific program, a women workshop will be held today, during which Nada bint Hamad Al Dosari will discuss the future of employment, as it compares job and self employment, and addresses some of the basic components of jobs and their requirements.

    The scientific program accompanying the exhibition held a workshop on Wednesday evening (October 25, 2017). The workshop discussed a number of topics related to labor and workers. As for the workers of the government and public institutions, the decision or order of appointment issued by the competent authority shall constitute the contract.
         
    He pointed that the worker has rights even if he is subjected to the period of the pre appointment experience. 53 decree requires that the trial period be written explicitly in the contract of employment and that it be clearly specified, not to exceed ninety days. The worker and the employer will extend the period of the experiment, but not more than one hundred and eighty days. The period will
    not include Eid Al Fitr, Adha and sick leave. Each party shall have the right to terminate the contract during this period unless the contract contains a provision giving the right to terminate one of them.
        
    And on the procedures for transferring a worker from one category to another, he said that article 58 clarifies that the employer may not transfer the worker without his written consent from his original place of employment to another place which requires changing his place of residence. May require a casual worker for a period of not more than thirty days per year - to assign the worker to work in a place different from the agreed place without requiring his consent, and that the employer shall bear the costs of the worker's relocation and residence during that period.
         
    Al Sufiani pointed that 59 that the worker with monthly wages shall not be allowed to be transferred to the category of daily workers or workers hired by weekly, piece or hourly wages, unless the worker agrees in writing, without prejudice to the rights acquired by the worker in the period of his monthly salary, And the sessions of the dialogue was a qualitative presence of interested and followers.
